Burgers

2 lbs 85% ground beef

5 slices sharp Cheddar cheese slices

5 hamburger rolls

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp dijon mustard

Mix meat, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

Form into 5 large patties.

Grill on hot grill, high heat. Flip when blood starts to appear on surface.

Feel with thumb to determine how close to done they are. Within 5 minutes of desired done-ness, add cheese and cover BBQ. Internal temperature should not exceed 130

Serve on toasted buns.
