Cheddar Olive Balls

1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, aged, grated

4 tablespoons soft butter

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 dash tabasco

40 olives, green (anchovy stuffed if you can find them) or 1 can of olives.

Combine all ingredients, except olives, in food processor until dough forms. Adjust butter or flour a bit as necessary. Pinch off a teaspoon of dough, flatten in your hand and wrap around olives by rubbing softly in the palm of your hands. 

Chill for one hour and bake 15 minutes at 400° F until golden.

Approximately 50 calories per cheese ball
