Escargot Butter

1 lb. salted butter . The better the quality, the better your result

1/3 cup minced shallots

10 minced galic cloves

1/2 cup minced parsley

White pepper

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Bring butter to room temperature

Combine butter, parsley, garlic, shallots, pepper,and lemon juice with a mixer

Taste for salt

Roll up in aluminum foil and freeze,if you would like to use as steak butter at a later date

Otherwise use to prepare Escargot
