2 bunches cilantro (coulld substitute mint i)1/2 cup sliced scallions
1.5 tsp fresh sliced ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 green chiles
1 tsp garam marsala
3 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp kosher salt
1.5 tsp sugar
2 tbs canola oil
Put it all in a blender and blend.
