Glad Cake

Crust:

1 box yellow cake mix (not pudding cake)

1 egg

1 stick or 8 tbsp butter, melted

Cake:

8 ozs cream cheese

2 eggs

1 lb confectioners sugar

Crust:

Mix together cake mix, egg and butter until it is cookie dough consistency

Spread in a glass pan (9X9X13) to form the crust

Cake:

Mix together cream sheese, two eggs, and all but two tbsb of the confectioners sugar

Pour over crust

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees

Remove from oven and immediately sift the remaining 2 tbsb of confectioners sugar over the cake
