Grandma Julie's Baked Beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can chili con carne

1 can lima beans

1 can pork & beans

1 pound hot sausage

1 onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons vinegar

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tbsp mustard

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 325F. Brown onions and garlic in olive oil. Add sausage and cook throughly, drain fat.

Combine beans, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard and mix gently with onion, garlic and sausage.

Place in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for one hour then remove foil and bake for remaining hour.
