Karen's Killer Eggnog

1 dozen egg, large

12 tbsp sugar

1 quart cream

1 quart milk

2 cups brandy

1 cup bourbon or whiskey

1/2 cup rum

1/2 cup sherry, fino

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. 

Whip cream and old in egg mixture. 

Add the other liquid ingredients, tasting each as you go to make sure they are of a good vintage. 

Refrigerate to age like the rest of us.
