1 pound pork shoulder, ground
2 onions chopped, medium
4 cloves garlic, mashed
salt & pepper to taste
1/6 tsp allspice
Fill medium saucepan with ingredients and fill with water to cover. Cook on very low heat, covered, for 3 hours or until water has soaked in. Turn into bowl and refrigerate overnight. Spread on toasted crackers, or in small sandwiches.
For our taste we have doubled the onion and too the recipe from 1/6 tsp of garlic to 4 cloves. Otherwise it is the exact recipe
