Memere Therese Chocolate Cloud Souffle

1/3 cup light creme

3 oz package cream cheese

1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate

3 eggs

Dash of salt

3 tbsp confectioners sugar

Blend cream, cream cheese and chocolate over very low heat

Let this cool

Separate the eggs and yolks

Beat the egg yolks and a dash of salt until thick and lemon colored

Gradually blend this into the chocolate mixture

Beat 3 egg whites until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the confectionary sugar beating to stiff peaks

Fold into the chocolate mixture

Pour into ungreased 1 quart souffle dish or casserole

Bake at 300 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
