Cauliflower cut into small florets
2 Tbs white miso paste
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tbs roasted sesame oil
1 Tbs soy or tamari sauce
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
Chile flakes, Cayenne, or Chile oil to your taste
Cilantro
Lime wedges
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees (F.). Line a roasting dish with non-stick baking paper.
Combine the miso, oil, soy, vinegar and chile in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Toss the cauliflower with the miso mixture and spread in a single layer on the baking sheet
Roast for 25 – 30 minutes until well browned. Sprinkle over chopped coriander and serve with lime wedges if liked.
