Simple Vinaigrette

6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp mustard

2 anchovies, rinsed and patted dry

Finely mince garlic and add to bowl the anchovies, mustard, vinegar, and salt.

Incorporate olive oil very gradually while creating an emulsification with a hand blender.

Add pepper to taste.
