Sopa Alentejana

1 egg yolk, raw and intact

1/4 coriander leaves ,not chopped

1 1/2 cups chicken stock,homemade

1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1 slice crusty rustic bread brushed with oil

salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to individual bowls careful not to break the egg yolk. 

Ladle the chicken stock individually at the table.

Break egg, stir and eat.
