The Almond Zinger

1.5 ounces Zaya gran reserva rum

1/2 ounce disaronno amaretto liqueur

3 drops bitters

Lemon simple syrup:

1/4 cup cane sugar

1/4 cup boiling water

1/3 cup fresh squeezed meyer lemon juice

Make the simple syrup and chill

Pour 2 tbsp simple syrup, rum and amaretto and ice into shaker

Shake and pour with two ice cubes and top with bitters
