Bruscheta Tomatoes & Garlic

Crouton slices

I large ripe heirloom tomato, chopped. You can substitute cherry tomatoes

6 cloves of garlic, minced

Kosher salt

2 tbs balsamic vinegar

Basil minced

Combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes

When ready to serve mix in the basil and mound on to the croutons
