2 garlic cloves
2 tsp flaky sea salt or kosher salt if you dont have
1 thinly sliced seranno or jalapeno
1/4 cup of herbs including thyme, chives, parsley, cilantro
1.5 ripe avocado
1/4 cup of lime juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
In a blender, molcajete or other mortar and pestle mash together in the following order,the garlic and salt ,then add the serrano slices, followed by the herbs and finally the avocado.
Mix in the lime juice
While whisking or running a blender gradually add all the olive oil
Add fresh ground black pepper
